Summary: Full-time position providing professional reception support for our corporate office

Key Functions/ Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Reception duties: Answering & distribution of calls to the appropriate person; Taking messages when necessary, Greeting clients and visitors & guiding them to the proper office locations, Offering refreshments to all clients and visitors
  • Responding to client/visitor and phone inquiries in a polite, timely manner
  • Management and Distribution of mail and courier deliveries
  • Ensure boardroom and reception spaces are presentable
  • Maintain office calendar
  • Monitor office supply inventory
  • Must liaise effectively with all Cairo Development team members
  • Represent the company in a professional manner
  • Complete other responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

  • Reception experience
  • Previous successful experience in a busy office environment is an asset
  • Ability to effectively interact with internal / external clients
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Experience/Training in drafting of correspondence and data entry
  • Skilled in current office technology
  • Professional, Conscientious, Pro-active, Self-Starter
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritize effectively
  • Detail-oriented
  • Experience in the construction industry is an asset

Workday: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Start Date: Upon Hire
