Summary: Full-time position providing professional administrative support in our corporate office in Calgary

Key Functions/ Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for executives inc. contracts & operations
  • Draft letters, emails and follow-up inquiries in a clear and professional manner
  • Follow up & verification of contract support documents
  • Scheduling of meetings via Outlook
  • Regular contact with provincial governing bodies as related to our company
  • Onboarding of new team members inc. workstation & equipment set-up,
  • Interacting with IT support in set-up of new equipment and troubleshooting
  • Assist in filing system organization
  • Recognize and prioritize daily & weekly tasks
  • Assist in preparation of company functions and events
  • Represent the company in a professional manner
  • Must liaise effectively with all Cairo Development team members
  • Other responsibilities as required


  • Minimum 3-5 years administrative experience
  • Experience in construction industry
  • Professional, Conscientious, Pro-active, Self-starter
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with SharePoint is an asset
  • Skilled in use of current office technology
  • Ability to work productively both individually and as a team member
  • Ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders

Workday: Full-Time, Monday-Friday
